This project involved the redesign and extension of key ground floor spaces at Wynyard House—including the kitchen, family room, utility, and laundry. Working closely with the clients, we explored three design directions before arriving at a final layout that balances functionality, openness, and quiet retreat.
The extended kitchen and family room flow seamlessly into the garden, creating a warm and connected living space that supports both lively gatherings and quiet moments of reflection. A generous laundry room and a separate utility for dishwashing help keep the kitchen streamlined and clutter-free.
Tucked beside full-height glazing, a window seat offers a quiet corner for reading and reflection, with views stretching across the garden to the golf course beyond.
